QuorumKeeper™ grew from firsthand experience supporting the technology behind membership meetings. After more than a decade serving as a Technology Chair and now serving as Senior Technology Chair, the founder saw how paper sign-in sheets, manually maintained spreadsheets, and disconnected systems could track pieces of attendance while still leaving meeting leaders to determine whether quorum was met as members arrived, left, and returned.
An early version of QuorumKeeper was used successfully during a chapter meeting in June 2026. That real-world experience confirmed the need for a focused, simple tool that works alongside existing membership systems and turns attendance activity into clear quorum status and a reliable meeting record.
